Stakeholder Insights: Joshua Henning on Empowering Rural Youth
On November 10, Joshua Henning, youth coordinator within the Charter of European Rural Communities and President of the Friends of Europe Hepstedt Association, joined a Zoom meeting to discuss the ”Youth in Europe” project.
After an introduction to the project’s objectives and activities, Joshua shared his perspective on the importance of EU-funded initiatives, particularly ERASMUS+, in supporting rural youth. He expressed a strong interest in incorporating the project’s tools and resources into his future work to enhance opportunities for young people in rural communities. Joshua also emphasized his enthusiasm for participating in more ERASMUS+ projects to further empower rural youth.
